Dress Up Lunchtime Attire

Each day during lunch, campers and staff are encouraged to dress up! Please bring costumes to join the fun! See the Dress Up Days at https://campbluehaven.com/dressupandactivities

Spending Money

All money is deposited in the camper’s Trading Post account prior to arrival at camp. The account is debited as purchases are made. Remaining balances are returned to the camper at the end of each session. We recommend $50 for a 1-week session and $75 for a 2-week session. CBH is not responsible for money not deposited at the Trading Post.

*Please note that any unspent money in the camper’s account is refunded in cash at the end of the session. We routinely refund in dollar amounts, not coins; therefor, any coin amount is considered a donation unless the camper comes to the office on the last day of camp requesting the coin amount refund.

Daily Recreation

Every camper will attend Bible classes, chapel, worship services, and devotionals. Optional recreation will include fishing, sports and games, nature hike, arts and crafts, air riflery and archery. All campers will participate in hiking unless a doctor’s note is sent to camp indicating the camper should not participate in hiking activities due to medical concerns. Two-week campers will also participate on an all-day hike. All activities are supervised.

Challenge Course

We have a full challenge course facility, including a zip line and a giant swing, supervised by trained and licensed staff. Each Bible class uses low ropes elements to focus on spiritual applications.

Laundry

Two-week campers have a portion of their clothes washed for them mid-session at no cost. One-week campers are not able to do laundry.

Medical Staff

A medical professional (LVN, RN, MD, or Paramedic) is on duty 24 hours a day.
